A client is seeking an Information Technology Recruiter for a contract role that will sit remotely but needs to be based out of Cincinnati, OH. This position will support a significant increase in hiring, especially within the organization led by the Chief Digital & AI Officer. Current hiring spans IT, data engineering, pricing/analytics, transformation, and AI but the client needs someone versatile to shift into other recruiting areas as hiring demand changes. The candidate would own the process from intake to offer acceptance. In order to be successful in this position we need a candidate who had used different recruiting platforms, and comfortable with IT recruiting. There will be occasional onsite visits once the new HQ location is built, but this would be minimum.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of IT recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for a global organization/enterprise company
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Workday, Greenhouse, etc
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- SAP experience is a major plus, especially because the organization is in a multi-year SAP S/4HANA implementation
- Experience recruiting SAP/technology talent is valuable, and familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors would be particularly helpful.
