Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Technical Recruiter to join our boutique IoT-focused search firm. You will specialize in sourcing, engaging, and placing elite talent in embedded systems, IoT, web software, robotics, and connected devices. Working directly with our founders and a tight-knit team, you’ll operate at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and elite talent acquisition, helping innovative companies build world-class teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture a high-quality pipeline of passive IoT, embedded, and software engineering talent through proactive sourcing and relationship-building.
• Leverage BrightHire’s proprietary network of 50,000+ IoT engineers and advanced AI-powered recruiting tools to fill complex roles with speed and precision.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to deeply understand their technical requirements, team dynamics, and company culture for perfect-fit placements.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments using our proprietary 3-point success model (aptitude, technical expertise, and cultural fit).
• Drive innovative sourcing strategies, including AI Tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound campaigns, and phone outreach,
• Collaborate openly with the team, share best practices, and contribute to a supportive, high-performance culture.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of full-cycle technology recruiting experience, ideally in an agency environment.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding placement goals.
• Strong command of modern sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, CRM systems, outbound email sequences, and AI recruiting platforms.
• Quick learner who embraces new tools, methods, and industry trends.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills—able to earn trust with elite candidates ranging from Director level to Sr. level.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with resilience and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work hybrid (in-office collaboration in Wilton, CT, with remote flexibility 2-3 days work from home).
