Technical Recruiter

Position Overview

Nesco Resource is seeking a dynamic and driven Technical Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in connecting top-tier talent with rewarding career opportunities across high-demand sectors, including Engineering, IT, and Accounting & Finance. Operating in a collaborative hybrid work environment, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and placement—while building lasting relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for a wide range of specialized positions within Engineering, IT, and Accounting & Finance.
• Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, job boards, professional networking platforms, and our internal database (JobDiva) to identify active and passive candidates.
• Candidate Relationship Management: Guide candidates through the interview and onboarding processes, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and strong talent retention.
• Client & Team Collaboration: Partner closely with internal account managers and business development teams to understand client hiring needs, technical requirements, and company cultures.
• Data Integrity & Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within internal systems, including tracking assignments, candidate pipelines, and compliance documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within a staffing agency environment or focusing on technical/professional verticals (Engineering, IT, or Finance).
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with technical terminology, skill sets, and market trends across Engineering, IT, and Accounting & Finance industries.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
• Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open roles, prioritize tasks, and meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)—such as JobDiva—and modern sourcing tools.
