Eligibility:
- 15 years of experience in IT Recruitment (Consultancy background preferred)
- Strong knowledge in Niche IT Skills : SAP Modules, Oracle, Cloud, ERP, Java, Full Stack, C++, .NET, DevOps, etc.
- C2H experience is mandatory
- Good in Sourcing, Screening, Job Posting, Mass Mailing, Job Portals & End-to-End Recruitment
- Good communication skills
- Must have Laptop & WiFi
- Strong closure record in both C2H & Permanent hiring
- Salary + Incentives + Mobile Reimbursement (Final CTC & designation depend on experience and 2nd round)
