To support a growing team, the full-time remote Technical Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting across technical functions, including Engineering, Data, Product, and AI/ML, while building relationships with candidates and hiring managers to enhance the candidate experience. Key responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake to closing candidates for technical roles Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates Provide expertise on talent market dynamics and collaborate with hiring leaders on candidate profiles and hiring strategies Required qualifications 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in-house or agency Experience recruiting for technical roles, including Engineering, Data, Product, and AI/ML Proven ability to source passive candidates and fill hard-to-fill technical roles Experience partnering with hiring managers on candidate profiles and sourcing strategies Familiarity with recruiting tools and ATS platforms, with a preference for Greenhouse
