Key responsibilities Run full-cycle, white-glove recruiting for Kojo's LATAM engineering organization and occasional North American searches Build an evergreen pipeline of A+ engineers and coach hiring managers on targeting passive candidates Maintain high standards in candidate selection, ensuring engineering leadership trusts the quality of candidates presented Required qualifications 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or coordination experience Proven outbound sourcing skills and familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter Technical fluency in engineering roles to effectively communicate with hiring managers Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders and hiring managers Fluency in English for daily interactions with North American engineering leadership
