Key Responsibilities
- Manage approximately 10 active requisitions across technical and business functions.
- Recruit for IT, infrastructure, managed services (MSP), and related positions.
- Source, screen, qualify, and present candidates, with particular attention to technical aptitude, communication, and professionalism.
- Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and understand their specific needs.
- Take ownership of the recruiting process, from initial intake through offer acceptance.
- Coordinate interviews, obtain feedback, and proactively follow up with hiring managers.
- Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the process.
- Anticipate delays, address obstacles, and maintain momentum toward successful hires. xhqgsiq
