Technical Recruiter

Our client is seeking an experienced, hands-on Technical Recruiter to help manage an increase in hiring activity across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 10 active requisitions across technical and business functions.
• Recruit for IT, infrastructure, managed services (MSP), and related positions.
• Source, screen, qualify, and present candidates, with particular attention to technical aptitude, communication, and professionalism.
• Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and understand their specific needs.
• Take ownership of the recruiting process, from initial intake through offer acceptance.
• Coordinate interviews, obtain feedback, and proactively follow up with hiring managers.
• Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the process.
• Anticipate delays, address obstacles, and maintain momentum toward successful hires.
• Represent ECI professionally and contribute to a positive candidate experience.
