Latent, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Recruiter to independently own searches from pipeline development through close. You will source candidates, manage inbound, partner with hiring managers, and be accountable for hiring outcomes, not just activity.
Within 3–6 months, you will build healthy pipelines across roles and drive an average of 2–3 hires per month, maintaining high candidate quality while scaling Latent’s recruiting team through a fast-growing phase.
