Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on Software Engineering or Technical recruiting.
- Proven experience recruiting for roles such as Software Engineers, Full Stack Developers, Backend Engineers, Frontend Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and related technical positions.
- Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Strong ability to assess technical talent and communicate effectively with engineering leaders.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting within high-growth technology companies.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies, technical skill sets, and engineering organizational structures.
- Experience with compensation benchmarking and talent market analysis.
- Demonstrated success building talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles.
