This is a full-time and hybrid position.Roles and Responsibilities:Develop compliant, compelling content for government solicitations, including RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, with a focus on technical solution and approach narrativesWork directly with technical project staff and subject matter experts to gather, clarify, and translate technical input into proposal-ready contentLead or support SME interviews and working sessions to draw out technical details, delivery examples, customer benefits, and mission impactOrganize and prepare information and data to write a variety of technical publications, including white papers, for a Federal Government audience requiring in-depth knowledge and understanding of information technology (IT) and management consulting services.Incorporate win themes, customer benefits, strengths, differentiators, proof points, and relevant examples into technical proposal contentClearly communicate the proposed solution, delivery approach, and value to the customer's mission and operationsImprove proposal readability by using clear and concise headings, bullets, tables, callout boxes, graphics/visuals, and other scannable formatsReview and edit proposal content for clarity, compliance, persuasiveness, and alignment with win themesManage multiple proposal writing and editing assignments simultaneously while meeting tight deadlinesAdditional duties as assigned
