This role demands strong leadership presence, exceptional communication skills, and technical proficiency to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Business & Leadership Liaison: Serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership, ensuring clear alignment on objectives and priorities.Project Ownership: Take full accountability for project execution, driving initiatives from inception to completion with a results-oriented mindset.Visibility & Influence: Maintain a strong presence across teams, communicate progress effectively, and escalate issues proactively.Leadership Communication: Present updates, risks, and recommendations confidently to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.Required Skills & Qualifications:Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Azure Cloud Services, DevOps practices, and.NET technologies. Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them for business and leadership audiences.Project Management: Proven experience managing complex technical projects in enterprise environments. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to be vocal, visible, and assertive in driving decisions. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
