This role will lead a cross-functional integrated product team that is responsible for developing our next generation Cryptographic Systems, maturing product from low TRL through program of record accreditation and factory production.What You Will DoWork closely with a highly motivated and dedicated team of professionals while managing Cryptographic product development efforts, helping to provide security enabled solutions to our channel facing partnersInteract and interface with External CustomersParticipate in the systems development lifecycle, including trade study execution, system design, requirements definition, requirements allocation, requirement traceability, systems integration, verification testing and qualificationManage Program Schedule and Cost Performance (SPI / CPI) for a medium sized program, and help generate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)Collaborate across many engineering disciplines to execute program milestonesFacilitate customer demonstration events and program reviews both onsite and offsiteLead bid and proposal effortsPresent technical and program data to customers and executive leadershipQualifications You Must HaveExperience with the systems development process, including requirements capture, design, decomposition, integration, and verification/validation, and transition to productionExperience operating as a Product Owner in an Agile EnvironmentActive and transferable SECRET clearance is required prior to start dateU.S.
