Technical Project ManagerJob Responsibilities:Work with cross-functional stakeholders to develop project and communication plansProactively plan, prioritize and coordinate project activities to ensure timely deliveriesPerform resource allocation, workload assignment and schedule management activities to meet project milestonesCommunicate project status on timely manner or on need basis to stakeholdersIdentify project risks and develop appropriate mitigation and contingency plansManage escalation effectively with external and internal communicationsOversee daily operations of project teams and provide direction whenever neededAddress queries from customers and management in a timely mannerGenerate project status reports on regular basis to managementEnsure that project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectationsIdentify areas of improvements and concerns and develop action plansOversee all activities from project requirements phase to deployment phase and also provide post-deployment support to clients when requiredMaintain project documentations and generate project reports to management as neededExperience:5+ years of proven working experience in technical project management role3+ years of experience in managing software projects preferably in Hybrid Cloud or Multi-Cloud environment and working directly with customers & partners on the project communications.
