The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program delivery, stakeholder management, and Agile execution, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams. Salesforce knowledge is preferred, and exposure to AI-related initiatives is a plus.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-functional technology programs and strategic initiatives.Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to define program goals, roadmaps, and delivery plans.Drive Agile delivery processes, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure successful program execution.Facilitate communication and alignment across technical and non-technical teams.Monitor program health, timelines, milestones, and deliverables while providing regular executive-level updates.Create concise, impactful executive presentations and status decks for leadership reviews and decision-making.Support planning, prioritization, and governance activities across multiple concurrent initiatives.Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, project governance standards, and delivery best practices.Required QualificationsStrong Technical Program Management experience leading enterprise-scale programs.Proven track record of successful program delivery and execution.PMP and/or Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.Experience working closely with business leaders, product owners, and engineering teams.Strong understanding of software development methodologies and delivery processes.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to create executive-ready presentations and communicate complex topics clearly.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
