We are looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a new electronic lab notebook application. This role requires a strong combination of technical knowledge, project management expertise, and stakeholder engagement to drive transformation initiatives in a fast-paced environment. The Project Manager will oversee all phases from project mobilization to go-live while ensuring compliance with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and proper documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Collaborate closely with IT project teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders at all organizational levels to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC requirements and oversee the preparation and approval of all required project documentation.
- Minimum 3 years of IT Project Management experience.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required.
- Experience working in Agile project management environments.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps platform.
- Proven experience delivering Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) documentation.
- Strong technical proficiency relevant to software and IT project delivery.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Effective project team and stakeholder management skills.
