Project ManagerThe Project Manager plays a key role in guiding Laserfiche customers through successful implementation projects. Location: Eligible States for Remote Work: Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Ohio, Virginia, Washington DC, West Virginia and WisconsinHybrid: Three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) in office in Long Beach, CA. Remote work from home on Mondays and Fridays. Willingness to travel up to 25%About the Role - Key Responsibilities:Lead the pursuit of implementation services for assigned clientsImplementation, scoping and estimatingBuild client relationshipsManage project issues/risks and client expectations and escalate as neededAssist in pre-sales activities for implementation servicesAssist in building best practices and benchmarks from completed projectsUnderstanding in Business processes and system architectureRequesting appropriate resource skills required for the projectsManage 3-5 clients at any given timeProject PlanningProvide a framework for project planning, communications, reporting and contract managementEstablish documentation and procedural standards for Deliverable Materials Prepare the initial plan and assist the customer project manager to develop appropriate level of detailWork with the customer project manager to address and resolve deviations from the project plan Support the development of project strategies for testing, training and knowledge transferProject ManagementAdminister the project change control procedure with the customer project managerCoordinate and manage the technical activities of all Laserfiche resourcesManage progress against milestones / deliverablesEstablish issue management procedures and assist in managing project issues and risks with customer project managerMonitor and control Laserfiche project budgetEstablish and manage internal quality assurance processWork with the customer project manager to determine project team training requirementsDevelop and manage knowledge transfer strategy and planIntegrate with product development to address product related issues, performance tuning, etc.Communication and Status ReportingConduct regularly scheduled project status meetings (Laserfiche and customer)Prepare and submit status reports to the customer project managerDevelop materials and facilitate Gate reviews and Steering Committee meetingsAbout You - Essential Qualifications:Based in Long Beach, CA or nearbyBachelor's degree required5+ years of project management experienceParticipated in multiple full lifecycle software implementationsIndependent thinking with keen problem-solving skillsAbility to adapt to changing schedules and multiple work plansExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal skillsAbility to learn new software quicklyThe salary range varies, and pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, certifications (if applicable), candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills and years of experience amongst other factors.
