Any prior experience with Asset Management or CMDB earlier in their career would really stand out.Tactical Aspects of this Job: ServiceNow experience with CMDB or Asset Management is highly preferred.
Wants good Data Analysis skills in Excel and be able to do Pivot Tables, Macros, VLookups. Currently using JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint for the project tracking.
