About the Role
We have an immediate opening for a Technical Project Manager to step into an active enterprise program on behalf of one of our key clients. This is a high‑visibility role requiring someone who can hit the ground running with minimal ramp‑up time.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage large‑scale enterprise projects end‑to‑end
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource planning
- Drive stakeholder communication at executive and business levels
- Oversee Oracle Cloud and Oracle Apps implementations/enhancements
- Apply Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies as required
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams
- Provide regular status updates and reporting to senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and business partners
Must Have
- US Citizen or Green Card holders (no visa sponsorship)
- Available for immediate start
- 7+ years of Project Management experience on large enterprise projects
- Strong experience with Oracle Suites (Oracle Cloud and/or Oracle Apps)
- Proven budget management experience
- Strong stakeholder management and executive presence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Business‑facing project delivery experience
- Minneapolis, MN local (occasional in‑office preferred)
Nice to Have
- Financial Aid or Higher Education industry experience
- PMP or Agile (CSM/SAFe) certification
- Experience in Financial Services or similar regulated industries
