Qualifications
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of Product Management experience within ecommerce, retail technology, or related industries.
- Proven experience managing promotions, customer engagement, loyalty, or related product domains.
- Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies.
- Experience delivering customer-centric digital products and UX-focused solutions.
Leadership Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience leading Agile product teams, pods, or cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, influence, and communication skills.
- Ability to align diverse teams around a shared product vision.
AI & Emerging Technology Experience
- Minimum 1+ year of experience utilizing AI tools to improve product management processes and deliverables.
- Experience leveraging AI for requirements definition, analysis, prioritization, and insight generation.
- Ability to validate AI-generated outputs using business judgment and data-driven decision-making.
- Interest in applying AI solutions to customer engagement, loyalty, payment programs, and operational processes.
