Technical Project Manager (Infrastructure/Migration)We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to support a large-scale M&A migration project. This role involves managing the migration of approximately 6,000 users, including their OneDrive, Teams, mailboxes, applications, and devices. The ideal candidate will have a background in systems and infrastructure, enabling them to understand the technical complexities of the migration while leading project deliverables and communicating progress to leadership.Location: Daytona Beach, Florida (Partial Remote)Length: 6-12 month contract with potential to extend or convert permPay rate: 60-65/hr.
on W2 basisKey ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate an enterprise-level M&A migration project, focusing on user and system transitions.Manage the migration of users from one tenant to another, including data and applications.Organize migration waves, coordinate with various business units, and ensure teams meet deliverables.Communicate project status, updates, and pending items to leadership and stakeholders.Maintain project documentation, including RAID logs and progress reports.Required QualificationsA minimum of seven years of experience in project management.At least two years of experience specifically with M&A or divestiture projects in an enterprise environment.Demonstrated experience participating in a large-scale user or infrastructure migration.Technical understanding of systems and infrastructure, particularly related to tenant-to-tenant migrations.Proficiency with Jira for project tracking and management.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Quest On Demand or similar migration assistance tools.Familiarity with using AI to automate processes and improve efficiencies.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
