OVERVIEW

Lead Complex Digital Transformations

We're looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to orchestrate our most complex client engagements. You'll manage cross-functional teams delivering custom software, cloud migrations, and digital transformation initiatives. This role requires both technical depth and exceptional leadership skills to guide projects from inception to successful deployment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

What You'll Do

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for complex technical implementations
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
• Manage project budgets, scope, and deliverables across multiple engagements
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and architects
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as primary point of contact for client project communications
• Facilitate requirements gathering and discovery sessions
• Present project status, risks, and recommendations to executive stakeholders
• Manage client expectations and navigate challenging conversations
• Build strong relationships that lead to expanded engagements

Technical Leadership

• Understand technical architecture and implementation details
• Facilitate technical discussions between clients and development teams
• Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the project lifecycle
• Ensure best practices for security, scalability, and performance
• Review and approve technical deliverables and documentation

Team & Process Management

• Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos
• Coach teams on agile best practices and continuous improvement
• Develop and refine project management processes and tools
• Mentor junior project managers and team members

REQUIREMENTS

What We're Looking For

Experience

• 7+ years of project management experience in software/technology
• Proven track record managing projects over $500K in value
• Experience with enterprise software implementations and integrations
• Background in consulting or professional services environment
• Experience managing distributed and remote teams
• Track record of successful client relationship management

Technical Knowledge

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and architectures
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Monday, MS Project)
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation

Certifications & Skills

• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in creating project artifacts (SOWs, project plans, status reports)
• Experience with budget management and resource planning

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$110,000 - $140,000 based on experience
