- Permanent position for a Technical Project Manager for new product development from concept through production.
- Define product requirements.
- Define product deliverables and ensure requirements are clearly communicated.
- Guide projects from early concept through final launch.
- Ensure products meet quality, performance, and timing expectations.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
- Communicate project status, risks, and decision points.
- Prepare and deliver project updates to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure solutions meet technical feasibility and business needs.
- AAS Engineering Technology preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or engineering.
- Experience with consumer products, plastics, or hardware development is preferred.
- Ability to manage full product lifecycles.
- Understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and product constraints.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with SolidWorks or CREO is a plus.
- Experience presenting to senior leadership.
