This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly skilled team and contribute to critical and highly visible projects.Qualifications:Proven experience managing the implementation and deployment of large scale enterprise wide projectsExperience working with multiple simultaneous projects/applications at various stages with competing priorities and shifting timelinesA good understanding and proven work experience with various SDLC methodologiesProven experience managing projects using Agile and WaterfallProject Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar accreditation highly desirableExperience with delivering Intelligent Document Management projects highly desirableExperience with delivering AI projects desirableAbility to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, management, end users, project team members, and vendorsStrong cross functional leadership experience in a matrix environmentAbility to translate and communicate technical concepts, information, plans, and procedures to both technical personnel and non-IT business usersKnowledge and demonstrated ability to conduct detailed planning, and to perform risk assessments and develop associated risk mitigation plansExcellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills with an ability to elicit results from cross-functional teamsExpertise in conducting efficient and effective meetingsProven exceptional project management experience across multiple timelines simultaneouslySolid working understanding of Government Security standards and Regulatory requirementsEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experienceMinimum (10) ten years of IT experienceMinimum (8) eight years of experience in a project manager role, managing projects from conceptualization through delivery – on time and on budget with full accountability and financial responsibility.Minimum (5) five years of extensive hands-on experience managing large scale enterprise wide IT projectsExperience with and preparing project documentation such as detailed requirements, status reports, etc.Proficiency with JIRA or similar project management toolAdvanced level of proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook, SharePoint and Power Point.
