Coforge is looking for Technical Project Manager / Program Manager candidates with below skillset :-
- Strong Project/Program Management experience in Data & Application management projects.
- Hands-on understanding of: AWS Glue, PySpark, Data Lake / Lakehouse Architecture, Apache Iceberg, SQL / Data Modeling, AWS Services (S3, IAM, Lake Formation).
- Understanding of application development using: .NET / REST APIs, Angular.
- Experience managing Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
- Strong client-facing communication and executive stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AWS Data Engineering and Application platform initiatives.
- Own project planning, execution, governance, RAID management, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting.
- Manage cross-functional teams comprising Data Engineering, .NET, Angular, QA, DevOps, and Cloud teams.
- Drive dependency management, release planning, risk mitigation, and project recovery for critical engagements.
- Interface with client leadership, product owners, architecture teams, and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe / Scrum certifications.
- Experience in Financial Services, Tax Reporting, Wealth Management, or Enterprise Reporting platforms.
- Experience managing complex multi-team dependencies and recovery of RED projects.
