This position works from our Kansas City based office during core business hours.Required skills to have for the success of this role:Ability to lead a team of engineers and designers to deliver on product development commitmentsDegree in a relevant engineering background (e.g Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical, Software), or equivalent experience.Experience in new product development with a demonstrable record of bringing product to marketA few years of experience in new product development (as engineer or technical lead)Demonstrated experience and success in leading medium and large, sophisticated projects/programsExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated abilities to flourish in a fast paced, problem-solving environment.Nice to Haves:Medical device experience is preferred but any product development experience is applicable.
