Technical Project Manager (New York)

Our client, a leading real estate company, is hiring a Technical Program Manager! This is a fully remote role paying $70/hr.

*This is a 1-year W2 contract with benefits and a strong possibility of extension*

In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating agile ceremonies, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and team roadmaps, and maintaining stakeholder relationships. You will also identify and mitigate risks, prioritize tasks, and support continuous improvements to processes, tools, and team performance.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring adherence to agile principles and practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while managing project timelines
• Develop/own/ and maintain the teams roadmap, aligning project goals with business objectives
• Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, ensuring transparent communication and collaboration throughout project lifecycles

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Netsuite
• 7+ years of software development industry experience, preferably in FinTech
• BA/BS in Computer Science or other relevant engineering experience
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, leading agile ceremonies, and experience working as a Scrum Master
