Technical Project ManagerLocation: Onsite–Pikeville Maryland Duration: Long-Term OpportunityJob SummaryThe client is seeking a skilled professional to support and oversee CAD, RMS, and Mobile systems operations across multiple agencies. This role involves governance, project coordination, vendor management, operational oversight, stakeholder communication, and support for system enhancements and compliance activities.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop strong functional knowledge of supported systems including CAD, RMS, and Mobile platformsManage overall project/program planning, governance, prioritization, and delivery management including scope, schedule, risks, issues, and dependenciesOversee support operations including intake, prioritization, SLA reporting, escalation coordination, and process governanceCoordinate vendor and contract deliverables to ensure timelines, requirements, and service expectations are metSupport budget planning, purchase tracking, and invoice coordination for allied agenciesServe as the primary liaison between the client, agency leadership, vendors, and third-party partnersAct as State Product Owner for governance activities related to CAD, RMS, and Mobile systemsCoordinate enhancement requests, prioritization, and multi-agency change management activitiesPrepare reports, briefings, and executive-level communication materials regarding operational status, risks, and timelinesCoordinate system and workflow changes impacting multiple agencies and stakeholdersManage offense code coordination activities across agencies including scheduling, approvals, and communicationsSupport NIBRS and audit-related activities including planning, remediation tracking, and reportingCreate user communications, release notes, documentation, and training materialsDeliver end-user training when requiredCreate task orders, work authorizations, and coordinate statements of work with vendors and stakeholdersAttend executive-level meetings as requiredPerform other duties as assignedRequired EducationBachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in: Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related disciplinePreferred QualificationsMaster's Degree preferredProject Management Certification preferredAbout Cyquent Cyquent is a CMMI & ISO Certified Technology Enabler providing end-to-end IT solutions and services to organizations in both the public and private sectors since 2001.
