Job Description
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience.
- Technical Project Management
- Working knowledge of Service Now as a tool and good reporting skills
- Strong reporting skills in Service Now and Xls
- Strong Communication Skills
- Good to Have – Patch management skills and Change management knowledge
Day to Day Activities
- Manage change record review on behalf of the product change review board;
- Document, guide, training, and mentor product teams on the change process;
- Facilitate product change review board meeting and representation at enterprise meetings;
- Manage product change metrics and follow up with enterprise change enablement and product teams on change related issues;
- Gather requirements and manage data for patching and vulnerability remediation.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
We are looking for someone with required experience with the following:
- Highly developed detail oriented, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent skills in gathering and reporting of requirements, data, metrics, and processes;
- Query and/or automation skills (e.g. SQL, JQL, Ansible, Puppet or similar)
We are looking for someone with preferred experience with the following:
- Reporting and analysis using ServiceNow or similar;
- Agile framework roles (e.g. scrum master, agile project manager);
- Dashboard creation and analysis of data sets;
- Database query creation and optimization in various platforms (e.g. Postgres, Snowflake, MS SQL, Oracle);
- Supporting infrastructure projects and processes;
- Understanding and supporting ITIL processes
