Own delivery for multiple client software projects, from kickoff through launch. You will coordinate engineers, designers, and stakeholders while keeping scope, timeline, and communication clear.
What you will do
- Run sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
- Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and status reports
- Facilitate client demos and requirement workshops
- Manage scope change with transparent trade-offs
- Remove blockers for the delivery team
What we are looking for
- 5+ years managing software projects
- Experience with agile/scrum in agency or consultancy settings
- Strong written and verbal client communication
- Comfort reading technical specs and estimates
- Performance bonuses tied to delivery success
Nice to have
- PMP or Scrum Master certification
- Technical background (CS degree or prior dev role)
