Required Skills & Experience
- Strong project management fundamentals with PMP or equivalent certifications
- Proven ability to bridge business and engineering teams through clear communication and translation skills
- Hands‑on Agile/sprint‑based delivery experience with a product‑oriented mindset
- Foundational understanding of AI concepts and terminology; prior exposure to AI‑enabled workflows or implementations preferred
- Experience collaborating with offshore engineering teams and managing iterative, fast‑moving environments
- Skilled in stakeholder management, particularly with Finance/Accounting end‑users and shifting requirements
- Background in retail and finance/accounts payable domains
- Technical fluency with comfort around architecture discussions; experience in Microsoft/Azure‑centric environments
- Track record of delivering business demos and product reviews every sprint
