Project ManagerMust have experience:Experience as Project Management with Clinical BackgroundExperience running projectsClinical domain experienceLead end-to-end delivery of projects, handling planning, execution, monitoring, and closure across all phasesDemonstrate expertise in core project management activities: creating project plans and charters, facilitating meetings, and managing stakeholder communicationsOversee project finances, including budgeting, expenditure tracking, and alignment with business objectivesFacilitate project meetings with the ability to provide high-level technical clarification, reducing dependency on technical resourcesPossess basic familiarity with clinical or statistical domains to better support project context and informed decision-makingAdditionally, the Project Manager should prepare and manage the following key project documentation:Project CharterDetailed Project Plans (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project)Issue and Risk LogsAction and Decision LogsBudget Tracking Sheets (Excel or similar tools)Status Reports/DashboardsJIRA boards/tickets and Confluence pagesStakeholder Communication Plans, Meeting Minutes/Agendas, and Lessons Learned documentation
