Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and business systems projects from initiation through implementation and post-launch support. Manage multiple concurrent projects across software development, enterprise applications, integrations, and process improvement initiatives. Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, timelines, and success criteria. Drive project planning, execution, risk management, issue resolution, and change management activities. Establish and enforce project governance processes aligned with PMO standards and best practices. Create and maintain project documentation, schedules, status reports, RAID logs, and steering committee materials. Develop executive-level dashboards and reporting that clearly communicate project health, resource utilization, milestones, dependencies, and outcomes. Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure accountability for deliverables across teams. Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, governance frameworks, and PMO maturity. Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular updates to leadership teams. Required Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of Project Management experience delivering technology-focused initiatives. Prior experience in software development, software engineering, systems analysis, or another technical discipline. Proven experience managing software development projects throughout the SDLC. Experience working within a formal PMO and adhering to project governance frameworks, methodologies, and controls. Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies. Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
