Key responsibilities include collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to gather, analyze, and refine requirements. The candidate will translate business requirements into technical specifications, REST/API contracts, use cases, sequence/flow diagrams, architecture diagrams, user stories, and acceptance criteria. They will lead end-to-end solution design with a focus on scalability, security, and performance. Additionally, the role involves providing technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, driving product roadmap execution, overseeing the integration of AI/ML capabilities into web and backend applications, and ensuring adherence to Agile/Scrum processes and continuous improvement.
