These roles will drive delivery across complex technology programs spanning IT, Risk, Azure Cloud,.NET, Oracle, HR, and Finance systems. The ideal candidates are hands-on delivery leaders with strong stakeholder management capabilities, deep technical understanding, and experience managing cross-functional enterprise programs in regulated environments.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Project DeliveryLead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology projects across multiple domains (IT, Risk, Finance, HR, Cloud)Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies across parallel workstreamsDrive Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models based on program needsEnsure alignment between business objectives and technology executionStakeholder & Executive ManagementAct as the primary interface between business leaders, enterprise architects, engineering teams, and vendorsProvide regular updates to senior leadership and Managing Director-level stakeholdersFacilitate steering committees, status reviews, and executive reportingTechnical Program OversightOversee delivery across platforms including:Azure Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, DevOps).NET-based applications and APIsOracle platforms (ERP, Financial Systems, Integrations)Risk & Compliance systemsEnsure integration across enterprise systems and alignment with architecture standardsRisk, Compliance & GovernanceIdentify, track, and mitigate project risks and issuesEnsure compliance with banking regulatory standards and internal governance frameworksCollaborate with Risk, Audit, and Security teams to ensure controls are embedded in deliveryAgile Execution & Team LeadershipLead cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, architects, and QADrive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery tracking (JIRA, Azure DevOps)Remove blockers and ensure high-performing team executionRequired Qualifications10+ years of experience in IT Project/Program ManagementStrong experience in Banking / Financial Services domainProven track record managing enterprise-scale application deliveryHands-on experience with:Azure Cloud platforms.NET application ecosystemsOracle ERP / Financial SystemsStrong understanding of Risk, Compliance, and Regulatory environmentsExperience managing multi-million dollar programsPreferred QualificationsPMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certificationsExperience with M&A, system integration, or enterprise transformation initiativesExposure to data platforms, APIs, and microservices architecturePrior experience working with C-level or Managing Director stakeholdersEngagement DetailsWork Model: Hybrid (Atlanta-based candidates strongly preferred)Interview Process: 2–3 rounds (Technical + Leadership + Stakeholder Fit)Start Timeline: Immediate to 2–4 weeksIdeal Candidate ProfileStrong communicator who can translate technical concepts into business valueExecution-driven with a bias for action and ownershipComfortable operating in high-visibility, high-pressure enterprise environmentsAbility to manage ambiguity and drive clarity across teams
