Must-have Qualifications
- 12 15 years maximum overall experience
- Career progression should ideally be BA PM or Developer BA PM
- Strong Technical Project Management & Product Ownership experience
- Strong Data & Analytics (D&A) background with experience in Data Engineering, Application Development, Analytics, Data Migration, or Data Platforms
- Hands-on experience managing Data Engineering / Data Migration / Data Foundation / Data Analytics projects
- Strong understanding of Databricks, data engineering, and data/analytics environments
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and Product Development Life Cycle
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience with JIRA and/or Azure DevOps
- Strong experience in project planning, execution, risk & issue management, dependency management, and governance
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into user stories, functional documentation, process flows, and technical requirements
