About the Job:
We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support initiatives within the Child Safety organization. The TPM will partner with engineering, product, operations, policy, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive technical program execution, coordinate dependencies, track milestones, and operationalize scalable processes that enhance child safety across platforms.
This role requires strong project execution capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Due to the nature of the work, the individual may be exposed to child safety-related contexts and discussions, including topics concerning child sexual exploitation and abuse prevention. Direct exposure to harmful content is expected to be limited but may occur as part of program delivery activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end execution of multiple Child Safety programs and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risk registers, and status reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across Engineering, Product, Operations, Legal, Policy, and Trust & Safety teams.
- Track dependencies, identify blockers, and proactively drive resolution to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate program reviews, stakeholder meetings, and executive updates.
- Define and operationalize scalable processes, governance mechanisms, and reporting frameworks.
- Monitor program health, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage risks, issues, and change requests while ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Support technical and operational execution of safety-related initiatives and platform improvements.
- Document decisions, action items, and program learnings to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or Project Management.
- Proven experience managing complex cross-functional technical programs.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Experience coordinating engineering-driven initiatives and working closely with technical teams.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities.
- Experience supporting Trust & Safety, Integrity, Risk, Compliance, Content Moderation, or Safety-related programs.
- Familiarity with online safety, child protection, abuse prevention, or platform integrity initiatives.
