Technical Program ManagerWe are seeking a Technical Program Manager with deep hardware expertise in data center networking equipment and a strong passion for sustainability. You will lead initiatives to embed carbon-conscious engineering principles into our hardware design, manufacturing, and lifecycle strategy.Key Responsibilities:Sustainable Design Leadership: Integrate low-carbon, energy-efficient, and waste-reducing design principles into network hardware.Hardware Oversight: Guide design and performance of top-of-rack switches, servers, storage, routers, and related infrastructure.Lifecycle Impact Analysis: Perform lifecycle assessments to identify opportunities for material reuse, modularity, and footprint reduction.Vendor Collaboration: Partner with OEMs and suppliers on sustainable sourcing and greener manufacturing.Design-for-Disassembly: Promote upgradeable, repairable, and recyclable hardware.Program Management: Coordinate across engineering, procurement, sustainability, and operations teams.Standards Compliance: Ensure adherence to sustainability frameworks (ISO 14001, ENERGY STAR, TCO Certified).Reporting: Define KPIs for carbon reduction and track progress toward sustainability goals.Required Qualifications:7+ years as a Technical Program Manager, Hardware Engineer, or Network Engineer in large-scale networking or data centers.Strong technical knowledge of network hardware architecture and deployment.Experience in sustainable product design, circular economy, or lifecycle assessments.Proven record of managing complex cross-functional hardware programs.Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and reporting skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in hyperscale or enterprise networking environments.Familiarity with network hardware supply chains and sustainable sourcing.Knowledge of modular hardware design and design-for-disassembly.Understanding of global sustainability standards for electronics.
