Technical Program ManagerOur client is looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to join the team. In this position, you will be providing hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation launch phases such as Alpha, Beta, and GA. You will find some of the additional responsibilities below:Collaborating with Product Managers and software development teams to prioritize and scope workWorking with teams to develop execution and success metrics for your teams/productsManagement of the software development lifecycle, developing end-to-end project plans and enabling on-time delivery (including risk management and change management on projects)Working with the rest of the strategy team to manage team planning processes such as quarterly OKRs and roadmaps and coordination across the Cloud organizationProviding "go to" leadership for your program/projectPreferred Qualifications3+ years experience with Lean SW development methods (eg.
Agile, Kanban)2+ years experience with programs involving Web developmentExperience with organizational change managementAbility to establish credibility and rapport with technical and non-technical team members alikeProven successful technical program management outcomes from idea to launching programs, throughout your careerHistory of delivering customer-focused systems solutions
