our business customers and stakeholders to elevate their impact to game-changing status. Our strategic initiatives, formulated through our customer-obsession culture, deliver the technology they need to increase their velocity and impact. We're seeking an experienced Senior TechOps Program Manager / Technical Program Manager to drive Finance Technology related initiatives.
The ideal candidate will partner cross-functionally with business leaders and technology delivery teams, serving as the critical connection point that ensures our organization moves with unified purpose and measurable impact.
Responsibilities
- Run execution for three+ concurrent migrations across the engineering team. Maintain the integrated plan and the critical path across all three, and manage contention for shared engineers, environments, and test windows.
- Track bottlenecks daily. Identify blockers early, escalate to the FinTech lead or the right owner with the specific decision or resource needed, and drive each to resolution.
- Hold stakeholders to their commitments. Secure and enforce commitments on timelines, staffing, and the time and people needed to test and validate, and flag shortfalls before they hit a milestone.
- Track open design and configuration decisions, and escalate when an unmade decision threatens a date.
- Manage cross-project dependencies and sequencing so the three migrations do not collide on shared resources.
- Hold third parties to delivery. Track systems integrator and specialist-contractor deliverables against their SOWs and acceptance criteria, and escalate slippage early enough to renegotiate before it becomes a blocker.
- Coordinate cutover and close-readiness for each migration: reconciliation, parallel close where required, and handoff to the FinTech and Finance teams.
- Report status against milestones across all three projects, surfacing risk with the decision needed to recover it.
- Identify and maintain dependency map across upstream and downstream systems, including tax engines, billing, and revenue platforms, and surface any conflict against the integrated plan
- 6+ years as a technical program or delivery manager embedded with engineering teams on ERP delivery, including Oracle Financials (Fusion) in M&A integrations.
- Track record running multiple delivery projects concurrently and managing contention for shared engineering and test resources.
- Demonstrated ability to hold business stakeholders to validation and UAT commitments, and to hold systems integrators to SOW deliverables.
- Familiarity with the Oracle Fusion accounting model and the finance boundary layer (tax engines such as Vertex, billing and revenue systems, RPA) at global transaction volume
- Multi-entity and multi-currency ERP experience. European statutory/VAT exposure is a plus
