Job Role : Technical Program Manager
Locations : Austin TX is priority (Hybrid model), Toronto CAN (Hybrid model), & US Remote (non-market A locations only)
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional technology programs from strategy through delivery. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Business, Design, and Operations teams to drive planning, execution, and successful delivery of customer-facing initiatives. This role requires strong technical acumen, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to influence teams across a global, matrixed organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex, cross-functional programs from planning through successful launch, ensuring delivery against business objectives, timelines, and quality expectations.
  • Drive annual and quarterly planning, roadmap development, prioritization, capacity planning, and cross-functional dependency management.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Business, Operations, and other stakeholders to align priorities, resolve technical and business trade-offs, and ensure execution excellence.
  • Manage program governance, risk identification, issue resolution, executive reporting, launch readiness, and post-launch monitoring while proactively removing blockers.
  • Establish operating cadences, facilitate Agile ceremonies, lead executive reviews, and improve program management processes through automation, AI/GenAI tools, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a product and technology environment.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs from conception through delivery.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand software architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, data flows, and technical dependencies.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies, SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and production readiness.
  • Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams and managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in eCommerce, Marketplace, Payments, Financial Services, or Digital Commerce platforms.
  • Hands-on experience using AI/GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, NotebookLM, or similar) to improve planning, documentation, reporting, and execution.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Airtable, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, and Google Workspace.
