Technical Project/Program Manager (TPM) with about 5+ years of experience
Key Tech skills – supporting open source distributed applications and cloud migration efforts
Strong communications skills + getting organized
Execution, execution, execution
Driver mentality – detailed oriented
Understanding of software engineering, big data and/or cloud
Working in fast paced environment – escalations – strong collaborator
Excellent communication skills – manage meetings, handle client success folks and sales stakeholders
Ability to connect with developers
Driver – ask questions, be proactive
Operations experience – upgrades, maintenance windows, tickets
SNOW, Kanban, ITSM, JIRA experience
Willing to learn, great attitude
