Technical Program Manager - Marketing RemoteOur client is seeking a Technical Program Manager - Marketing to support two scrum teams within a MarTech workstream focused on marketing performance reporting and workflow application development, driving cross-functional delivery from intake through execution while keeping roadmaps, timelines, and stakeholders aligned across multiple regions.Responsibilities & QualificationsSupport two scrum teams within a MarTech workstream focused on marketing performance reporting and workflow application development, reporting to the Director of Marketing TechnologyRun day-to-day project planning through standups, sprint ceremonies, and program meetings with data engineers, software engineers, product managers, decision scientists, and business analystsBuild and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and project tooling outlining scope, timelines, and dependenciesTrack dependencies, blockers, and risks, driving them to resolution across cross-functional teamsKeep executive-level roadmap visuals current and accurate, reviewed on a regular cadenceEnsure timelines are communicated transparently across stakeholders and regionsCreate and manage sprints, conduct sprint reviews, and facilitate retrospectivesNavigate complexity and ambiguous situations independently, owning outcomes and deliverablesRequirements8-10 years of experience in technical program/project managementStrong project ownership, especially in ambiguous, fast-moving situationsDemonstrated background in marketing analytics, scrum, and leading cross-functional projectsProficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies including sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospectivesExcellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, data science, product, and business teamsAbility to translate campaign and product objectives into clear plans with defined scope and dependency managementNice to have: big tech experience, familiarity with GSD and Jira, and Agile/Scrum certifications (not required)
