Technical Program ManagerWe are partnering with a fast-growing manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to support high-impact production and engineering initiatives within a fast-paced factory environment. This position is ideal for someone with strong manufacturing execution experience, hands-on technical problem-solving ability, and the confidence to manage customer-facing operational challenges.The ideal candidate thrives in a production setting, works effectively across engineering and operations teams, and can lead complex manufacturing activities from launch through stabilization.ResponsibilitiesLead cross-functional manufacturing programs focused on process optimization, production readiness, operational recovery, and continuous improvement initiativesCoordinate activities related to tooling, automation systems, fixtures, and production equipment to ensure stable manufacturing executionProvide on-site support during production trials, line launches, engineering changes, and escalation eventsInvestigate manufacturing and quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions through closurePartner with Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and external vendors to improve yield, uptime, throughput, and process stabilityAct as a key liaison for customers regarding program updates, technical concerns, manufacturing readiness, and issue resolutionMonitor project schedules, execution risks, open action items, and recovery plans to maintain operational targetsSupport implementation and validation of new manufacturing processes, tooling modifications, and automation integration activitiesCollaborate with overseas engineering and supplier teams to align timelines, technical requirements, and production deliverablesTrack and report operational KPIs including scrap, downtime, cycle time, output, and launch performanceQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related technical disciplineMinimum 5 years of experience supporting manufacturing operations, process engineering, NPI, or technical program/project management within an industrial environmentStrong hands-on understanding of manufacturing equipment, tooling, automated systems, and production processesExperience troubleshooting and supporting production-related technical issues directly on the manufacturing floorAbility to manage competing priorities and drive issue resolution in high-pressure production environmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including customer interaction experienceFamiliarity with structured problem-solving methodologies and manufacturing process controlsEnglish communication proficiency requiredPreferred ExperienceMandarin/English bilingual capability preferredBackground working with global manufacturing organizations or cross-border engineering teamsExperience with automation equipment, sensors, PLC-integrated systems, vision inspection, or poka-yoke solutions is a plusExposure to tooling validation, supplier coordination, process qualification, or manufacturing ramp activities preferredAdditional InformationFull-time onsite role located in Dallas, TXSignificant shop-floor interaction and operational support requiredAbility to support extended hours during launches, escalations, or critical production eventsCompensation range: $100K – $120K base salary + benefitsBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with company matchPaid Time OffPerformance-based bonus opportunities
