Technical Program ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (PMP Certified) with proven experience in federal or government environments to lead complex, mission-critical technology programs. This role requires strong leadership, technical acumen, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance within regulated environments.This hybrid role requires in-office presence two days per week in Fairfax, VA.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end execution of large-scale technical programs within federal or regulated environmentsManage cross-functional teams (10+ members) across engineering, data, product, and business stakeholdersDefine program scope, timelines, milestones, and delivery roadmapsEnsure alignment between technical execution and federal/business objectivesDrive Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies across teamsIdentify, manage, and proactively mitigate risks, dependencies, and issuesProvide regular program updates to executive leadership and federal stakeholdersPartner with executives to deliver clear, concise status reporting and strategic insightsEnsure adherence to security, governance, and regulatory compliance standardsOversee program budgeting, resource planning, and performance trackingFacilitate collaboration across multiple teams, departments, and vendorsQualificationsPMP (Project Management Professional) Certification – active and in good standing (not expired)Proven experience managing programs within federal or government environmentsExperience leading and managing cross-functional teams of 10+ membersStrong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery modelsExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, mission-critical environmentsPreferred QualificationsExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)Experience managing and delivering AI/ML or data-driven programsExperience working in cybersecurity or other highly regulated environmentsFamiliarity with enterprise architecture and large-scale system integrationExperience with DevSecOps practices and modern delivery frameworksCertifications (Required/Preferred)PMP (Project Management Professional) – RequiredCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Certification – PreferredAWS / Azure / Google Cloud Certifications – PreferredCore CompetenciesStrategic program leadership and executionStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagementRisk management and decision-makingAbility to lead in complex, regulated environments
