Technical Principal Project ManagerWe are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Principal Project Manager to work on our Cloud Program and help guide delivery teams on their Cloud Adoption journey. In this role you will leverage your experience across technical disciplines within an Agile and Scrum-based development environment. This position requires a sharp individual who won't miss details while guiding multiple teams.

+ Bachelors' degree in a technical or business field or equivalent experience + Scrum Master certification or PMP or equivalent experience + ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent experience.As a project manager for the Company's Cloud Adoption workstream, you will bring your passion and experience to drive our Cloud Adoption Roadmap, implement and scale our Cloud Platform and successfully onboard multiple application teams onto the platform. This individual will mentor others and help drive an adoption of the program organization wide. In addition, the individual will work closely with our product engineering organization on their transformation to next generation technologies.Responsibilities:You'll own internal/external communications to ensure stakeholders have a clear understanding of program progress and risksDrive program success by developing milestones and holding leads and teams accountable for deliverablesDrive Program Increment planning and proactively manage dependencies with partner teams and applicationsProvide expert and actionable guidance on development best practices - teams can look to you for crafting sound plans to make progressWork with other teams and leaders (Cloud/DevSecOps/API) to develop OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) and track progress against initiatives that will "move the needle"Collaborate with Program Managers within the organization to oversee dependent release activities and deliverables to stay one step ahead of potential blockersProactively identify potential issues and inefficienciesYou are a master communicator and a strategic thinker - you're able to communicate and act upon risks appropriately and effectivelyYou possess strong technical acumen, with fundamental knowledge of key cloud technologies and tools (AWS, Docker, Ansible, containers, Terraform, Kubernetes).This knowledge doesn't need to be practical, but at a level of understanding needed to lead development or release tasksExperience in building infrastructure at scale or deploying complex cloud solutions.Understanding of AWS, Azure, or other cloud technologies, and infrastructure concepts.Understanding of managing full life-cycle of large-scale program/projects.Experience managing multiple projects / initiatives.Ability to become the change agent for the program and mentor junior members of the team.Work with cross matrix organization to drive outcomes for the program.Exposure to or understanding of Product focused program managementStrong communication skills; skilled at cross-functional and cross-organizational communicationUnderstanding of DevOps and Configuration management best practicesProvide weekly status, update storyboards, and help define and write project planQualifications:10+ years of Technical Project Management experience3-4 years of managing technical Public Cloud or BigData projects preferably AWS or DevSecOps, API or Architecture backgroundMust have an application development or infrastructure backgroundBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical ELD or equivalent practical experience.Experience in a software focused program/project management and in the business technology market in IaaS, PaaS, cloud computing and/or emerging technologies.Comfortable talking about technical things with business people and business things with technical people.Able to express complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences.Experience in understanding of architecting and developing large scale distributed systems on Cloud.Experience in Managing project schedules, identifying possible issues and clearly communicating them to project stake
