Technical Program ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Program Manager to lead and oversee our technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of our tech stack and demonstrate thought leadership to drive the success of our programs. This role requires an individual who is not only proficient in program management but also has hands-on experience in implementing and managing technical projects.Key Responsibilities:Drive cross-functional initiatives with a deep understanding of our technical stackDevelop and maintain comprehensive program roadmaps, timelines, and dependenciesIdentify technical risks and obstacles early, and implement mitigation strategiesLead technical discussions and decisions with engineering teamsFacilitate effective communication between stakeholders, product, and engineeringEstablish and track meaningful program metrics and KPIsBalance technical requirements with business objectivesMentor team members on best practices in software development and project managementDrive continuous process improvement across the programRequired Technical Skills & Experience:Proven hands-on experience or familiar with our core technology stack: Azure,.NET, React, Python, Angular, and GitDemonstrated ability to understand architectural decisions and their implicationsExperience translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholdersStrong background in software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesUnderstanding of cloud architecture and infrastructure as codeQualifications:5+ years of technical program management experience in software developmentBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldStrong technical background with hands-on development experienceExcellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsProven track record of successfully delivering complex technical programsExperience leading distributed teams across multiple locationsWhat Sets You Apart:History of providing technical thought leadership in previous rolesExperience implementing technical programs from scratchAdvanced technical certifications (Azure, AWS, etc.)Experience with performance optimization and scalability challengesAbility to deep dive into code when necessary while maintaining program oversight
