Technical Program ManagerKey Responsibilities:Program & Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor multiple technical programs and projects across teams.Define scope, goals, and deliverables while managing risks, dependencies, and constraints.Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies for efficient execution.Cloud & Platform Expertise: Lead initiatives involving Microsoft Azure, ensuring best practices for cloud architecture, security, and governance.Strong knowledge of Azure architecture, cloud security, networking, and virtualization concepts.Strong knowledge of ServiceNow implementation.Familiarity with ITIL/ ITSM and project management tools.AZ-305 certification is required.Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.Stakeholder & Communication Management: Act as a bridge between business, development, and operations teams.Communicate project updates, risks, and resolutions effectively to leadership and stakeholders.Work closely with engineers, architects, and product managers to drive technical excellenceProcess Improvement & Governance: Define KPIs and metrics to track progress and success.Establish and improve operational processes using ITIL best practices and automation through ServiceNow.Optimize cloud cost management and resource utilization on AzureRequirements:Experience: preferably 11-15 years in IT with at least 5+ years in Technical Program Management or Project Management role for Azure-based projects.Cloud Expertise: Strong knowledge of Azure architecture, cloud security, networking, and virtualization concepts.ServiceNow Expertise: Familiarity with ITIL/ ITSM and project management tools.Technical Understanding: Experience with DevOps principles and tools in an Azure environment, including Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.Tools & Technologies: Azure DevOps, ITIL frameworks, and relevant cloud & ITSM tools.All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
