Technical Program ManagerZetier seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead and manage $10m+ contracts within the cybersecurity and operations domains supporting Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC).
Responsibilities include managing multi-year OCO/DCO programs with geographically distributed subcontractors, providing strategic leadership and oversight to cross-functional teams, leading customer interactions and briefings, overseeing program financials, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements and regulatory standards.Required:10+ years of DoD/IC program management experienceProven track record managing prime contracts and subcontractsProficiency with sensitive customer discussions and negotiationsExperience managing contract deliverables and financial projectionsFamiliarity with FAR/DFAR compliance (e.g. Reps & Certs)Experience managing cross-functional internal and external teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsActive U.S. security clearanceDesired:Technical background in DoD/IC engineering or program managementExperience in cybersecurity and/or intelligence operationsInsights to procurement processes (e.g. BAAs, RFIs, RFPs)Background in CPFF, Firm Fixed Price, Time & MaterialsExperience leading prime proposal and whitepaper writing effortsEstablished network of industry contacts and relationshipsFamiliarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, RMF, STIG)Experience with Other Transaction Authorities (OTAs)PMP or equivalent certificationPrimary office and classified systems in Arlington, VA.
