• Lead execution, integrated planning, and coordination for a portfolio of engineering initiatives supporting a defined technology domain
• Translate strategic objectives into coordinated technology programs, roadmaps, milestones, and execution plans
• Drive program planning, milestone tracking, prioritization, and cross-team coordination across engineering, data, AI, platform, and other technology teams
• Identify and manage complex dependencies across engineering, corporate IT, product development, R&D, and related functions
• Establish and maintain program governance, progress reporting, risk management, escalation paths, and executive visibility
• Coordinate technical workstreams involving data platforms, analytics capabilities, AI-enabled technologies, and other engineering-roadmap solutions
• Support responsible AI governance and alignment
• Develop executive-ready communications covering program status, priorities, risks, dependencies, decisions, and delivery progress
• Facilitate collaboration across product, engineering, architecture, and business teams to remove blockers and align priorities, resources, and execution
• Advance the Office of the CTO’s technology program management practice through scalable approaches
• Maintain awareness of emerging AI-enabled and data-driven technologies relevant to healthcare supply chain and spend management
Requirements
- Relevant degree preferred
- 7 or more years of relevant experience required
- Experience leading portfolios of complex technical or engineering programs involving multiple teams, workstreams, and dependencies
- Experience partnering with engineering, product, technology, and business leaders to translate strategic priorities into executable programs
- Experience with program governance, roadmap alignment, portfolio prioritization, risk management, dependency management, and executive reporting
- Technical fluency across software engineering, data platforms, analytics, AI-enabled technologies, cloud platforms, or enterprise technology
- Understanding of responsible AI governance and AI capabilities in technology initiatives
- Strong executive communication, facilitation, relationship-building, and influencing skills
- Ability to drive alignment without formal authority
- Ability to navigate complex organizational environments, manage competing priorities, and provide clear visibility into portfolio health and execution
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and data-driven solutions relevant to healthcare supply chain and spend management preferred
